Teresa Baldwin, a Queens, NY native now residing in Charlotte, NC is the CEO and Founder of Dreamplush LLC. It is a modeling agency and tee- shirt company specializing in both plus size models and fashion.  With a healthy history in the fashion  industry, Teresa or Mz. Plush, took the lead in building a foundation for plus size women in fashion. Seeing that many every day women were not represented in the industry, she decided to build Dreamplush LLC. This brand has since grown in the past four years since its creation in 2014 to work with not only a multitude of women; but the community as a whole. She believes in the equality and representation of full figured women in print and on the runway worldwide. Mz. Plush and her Plush Dolls have taken confidence to a new level. She is always working on a new project and developing new looks for the Dreamplush brand. Her motto is - "Dreamplush, Captivating your beauty and owning it." She does this effortlessly on the many stages and platforms she graces. From fashion shows, to pageants, to feeding the homeless; Teresa Baldwin is one to admire and respect- not only for her hard work but for doing it in such a beautiful manner.
